1. Client Preparation & Treatment

Service Nature: Teeth Whitening Melbourne (TWM) provides a cosmetic service; we are not a dental practice.

Minimum Age: The minimum age to accept a booking is 16 years.

Clinical Standards: Treatments are performed by fully trained professionals. A mandatory Consultation Form must be completed by every client prior to treatment.

Oral Hygiene: Clients must brush and floss thoroughly before the TWM team arrives.

Expectations: Results vary by individual. Treatment only brightens natural tooth enamel; it will not alter the color of porcelain veneers, crowns, fillings, or dentures.

The "White Diet" Aftercare: For 24–48 hours post-treatment, you must strictly follow the White Diet (avoiding staining agents like coffee, red wine, or colorful sauces). TWM is not liable for diminished results due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.

2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

Non-Refundable Deposit: To exclusively reserve our staff and specialized equipment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking is required. Your booking is not confirmed until this is processed.

Final Balance: The remaining 75% is payable in full on the day of your session.

Group Finalization: Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your appointment. After this window, the total balance is fixed based on this headcount. No refunds or price reductions will be issued for guests who do not show up on the day.

3. Staff Safety & Professional Environment

Right of Refusal: The safety of our staff is paramount. We reserve the right to terminate a session and depart immediately if a staff member feels unsafe, threatened, or if the environment is unsuitable (e.g., aggressive pets, illegal activity, or excessive smoke). In these instances, the appointment is forfeited and the deposit is non-refundable.

Site Readiness: The workspace must be clear and ready for setup upon our arrival. If the session cannot begin within 15 minutes of our arrival due to client delays, we reserve the right to shorten the treatment time or cancel the session without a refund.

4. Equipment Liability

• Client Responsibility: You are providing the venue for our professional machinery. Any damage caused to TWM machinery, specialized lighting, or clinical supplies by guests, children, or pets during the session is the sole financial responsibility of the client. You will be invoiced for the full cost of repair or replacement.

5. Mobile Arrival Window & Access

The 30-Minute Grace Window: Arrival times are subject to Melbourne traffic conditions. Please allow a 30-minute window from your scheduled time. We will provide updates if we expect to arrive outside this window.

Parking & Access: Suitable parking must be provided or reimbursed by the client. If the location requires stairs for equipment transport, this must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to provide clear access may result in a canceled session and a forfeited deposit.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your booking and do not wish to reschedule, the 25% deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. * With 48+ Hours Notice: Your deposit is transferable as a credit to be used within 6 months.

Less than 48 Hours Notice: The deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required for future bookings.

7. Promotions, Giveaways & Competitions

• Strict Rules: Promo codes cannot be combined. Giveaway prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to all standard cancellation and rescheduling policies. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice for a giveaway session results in the forfeiture of the prize.
